Perfaware appoints Pawan Gupta as Chief Customer Success Officer

With over 22 years of experience in Supply Chain and Omnichannel solutions assisting clients from Fortune 500 corporations to SMB companies across various verticals, Pawan brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will significantly enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As Chief Customer Success Officer, Pawan will be responsible for executing a comprehensive strategy to strengthen and elevate the Perfaware brand, including growing and retaining Perfaware’s clients. As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, his expertise will enable clients to realize value from our solutions. His proven track record in building and nurturing strong client relationships while delivering omni-channel and digital commerce initiatives should further solidify Perfaware’s standing as a customer-centric digital transformation consultancy.
Pawan joins us from Blue Yonder, where he was part of the Luminate Commerce Team and was instrumental in helping close a number of significant deals. Before Blue Yonder, Pawan headed the OMS Practice at Perficient and was responsible for the entire P&L.
