With over 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for system configuration, user support, and customization. Your role will involve administering and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including managing users, security settings, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, and processes.

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including user management, security settings, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries related to Salesforce functionality and usage.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Service Console.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator & Service Cloud Consultant is a plus.
