Srini has over 20 years of experience in consulting, technical and management positions and has successfully donned hats in strategy, pre-sales, and business development. He has participated in over 100+ client engagements across verticals that include retail, manufacturers, brands, shipping, software companies, and financial institutions in the Americas, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific. Srini served as Commerce Solutions Leader in IBM’s Software Group specializing in delivering high impact technical and performance services (Sterling Commerce was acquired by IBM in 2010).
He combined technical wizardry with business acumen in developing innovative solutions for clients. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Strategy and Supply Chain) from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering.

Ranjith Maniyedath
Managing Partner
Ranjith has more than 18 years of experience in technology spanning Enterprise Application Implementation, Business Technology Consulting, Performance Engineering, Managed Services, and Quality Assurance. He has worked extensively on Omni-Channel Distributed Order Management, Supply Chain Visibility, Warehouse Management domains and helped customers in Retail, Distribution, Financial Services, 3PL, and Government. He has been instrumental in over 60 engagements with customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia using the Sterling Commerce suite of products.
Prior to Perfaware, Ranjith served roles in Technical Services, Engineering, and Technical Support with IBM, Sterling Commerce, and Yantra. He holds an M.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Pawan joins us from Blue Yonder, where he was part of the Luminate Commerce Team and was instrumental in helping close a number of significant deals. Before Blue Yonder, Pawan headed the OMS Practice at Perficient and was responsible for the entire P&L.

Rahul has 15+ years of industry experience designing and implementing Order Management, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, and 3PL solutions. He has extensive experience driving 40+ complex omnichannel implementations across OMS, eCommerce, call center, store fulfillment, cash and carry and point of sale solutions. He has worked closely and consulted clients across NA, EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific. He has in-depth understanding of integrating retail solutions across tax service providers, payment gateways, point of sales, warehouse management systems, store applications. Alongside this he has also designed building store and selling apps for store and call center users.
Thomas Armstrong
Managing Director - Chile Operations
Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in managing software solution implementation projects, for companies in the Retail, Transport and Banking industries. His solid technical knowledge makes me known for being able to organize heterogeneous teams for delivering expected results in time, focusing on the project goal to make sure the right things get done. Thomas was always the chosen manager for high-complexity and high-visibility implementations, as he is able to communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders, aligning work towards the expected results.
At IBM he led the implementation of IBM OMS & Commerce solutions for several companies from the LATAM region. He holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción, Chile.
