Perfaware is looking to hire a Salesforce Account Executive who can support our Sales process through active collaboration with Salesforce, prospective clients, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with Salesforce channel partners to enhance Perfaware visibility and promote service capabilities.
- Understand client needs and demonstrate how Perfaware services can address their objectives and resolve challenges.
- Foster and sustain client and partner connections.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, contributing to accurate forecasting of bookings and revenue.
- Collaborate with Perfaware leadership to ensure client and channel partner success.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in selling Salesforce solutions/services to both new and existing accounts.
- Established relationships within Salesforce sales and partner organizations.
- Familiarity with the comprehensive suite of Salesforce products and services.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative solution selling and closing deals at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record in managing the new business process from lead generation to opportunity creation, onboarding, and ongoing customer success. Ability to cultivate enduring client relationships spanning from the C-Suite to operational levels.
- Over 5-6 years of solution selling experience with a consistent quota achievement of $3M – $4M.
- Possesses a curious and receptive mindset, adept at leading discussions and uncovering insights with customers.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presentation and proposal writing.
- Proven ability to assemble and oversee teams of internal and external resources to facilitate and finalize the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Ability to travel within the continental United States
