Salesforce Alliance Director

Perfaware is looking to hire a Salesforce Alliance Director who will as the primary point of contact between Perfaware and Salesforce, strengthening relationships, preparing joint go-to-market plans, and collaborating with Salesforce PAM and AEs to maximize revenue and partnership value. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with Salesforce stakeholders, aligning on business goals, and executing strategies that benefit both organizations.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in building strategic partnerships, understands the Salesforce ecosystem, and can drive growth through collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Salesforce alliance and partner teams.
  • Act as a liaison to align Salesforce’s priorities with Perfaware’s offerings, objectives, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the partnership’s effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to execute GTM strategies.
  • Drive joint lead generation, account mapping, and pipeline development activities
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including pipeline growth and closed deals.
  • Promote Perfaware’s solutions, customer wins, go-lives within Salesforce’s ecosystem and educate their teams on value propositions.
  • Organize training sessions, enablement programs, and joint workshops for stakeholders.
  • Represent Perfaware at Salesforce events, such as Connections, Dreamforce, World Tours, and other industry events.

Required Experience:

  • 5 years in strategic alliance management, business development, or partner management, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align business goals and drive execution.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce certifications or trailheads
  • Strategic Partner Management or similar certifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in co-sell opportunities and pipeline revenue.
  • Number of joint initiatives, campaigns, and events executed.
  • Partner satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • New customer acquisitions and expanded market share.
