Ranjith has 18+ years of experience in IT, ranging from Enterprise Application Implementation, Business Technology Consulting, Performance Engineering, Managed Services & Quality Assurance. He has worked with customers in Retail, Distribution, Financial Services, 3PL and Government areas and has a valuable exposure to Omni-Channel Distributed Order Management, Supply Chain Visibility Warehouse Management domains. He has also led over 60 different engagements with customers in North America and across Europe, Asia Pacific using the suite of Sterling Commerce products.

Before Perfaware Ranjith worked as Technical Services, Engineering and Technical Support in IBM, Sterling Commerce and Yantra. He has an M.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T Madras, India.

Srini has over 20 years of experience in technical, managerial, and consulting capacities. He has worked in pre-sales, strategy and business development roles. He has participated in over 100 client engagements across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific, including work with regards to retailing, manufacturing, brands, shipping, software and financial institutions. Previously, Srini was Commerce Solutions Leader in IBM’s Software Group where he led the delivery of high-impact technical and performance services (Sterling Commerce was a company acquired by IBM in 2010).

He then applied his understanding, or rather the client’s intended application of technology and business acumen to the development of a workable solution for clients. Srini holds a B.S. in computer engineering and MBA (supply chain and strategy) degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Rahul has more than 15 years of industry experience in design & implementation of Order Management, Warehouse Management, eCommerce and 3PL solutions. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry and led over 40 complex omnichannel implementations including OMS, eCommerce, call center, store fulfillment, cash and carry and point of sale solutions. He has advised clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. His experience includes working on the integration of retail solutions with tax service providers, payment gateways, point of sales, warehouse management systems and store applications thoroughly. Additionally, he has developed store building apps and store/ call center user selling apps.

For over 15 years, Thomas managed numerous software solution interaction projects for companies within the Retail, Transport and Banking sectors. His strong technical base, and his whole organizational schematics around the idea of being able to stand up teams that deliver on time, every time, has made me known to pull heterogeneous teams together to do whatever it takes to get the job done! Thomas was the go-to resource for high complexity and high visibility implementations, due to his uniquely effective communication with various types of stakeholders in aligning work output towards anticipated results; At IBM he was leading the implementation of IBM OMS & Commerce solutions for several companies coming from LATAM. He holds a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción, Chile.
