Perfaware is looking to hire a Sales Account Executive focused on the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build trusted relationships with HLS customers, and drive new business growth across the Salesforce services landscape.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, deal management, closing, and ongoing account growth.
- Understand client needs and demonstrate how Perfaware services can address their objectives and resolve challenges.
- Generate new business across the Salesforce services spectrum — implementations, enhancements, and managed services.
- Cultivate relationships with Salesforce channel partners to enhance Perfaware visibility and promote service capabilities.
- Work closely with delivery leads to shape smart, value-based solutions for clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, contributing to accurate forecasting of bookings and revenue.
- Collaborate with Perfaware leadership to ensure client and channel partner success.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in selling Salesforce solutions/services to both new and existing accounts in the HLS Industry
- Established relationships within Salesforce sales and partner organizations
- Understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry – Provider, Payer, MedTech, Pharma, and Life Sciences
- Familiarity with the comprehensive suite of Salesforce products and services.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative solution selling and closing deals at the Commercial and Enterprise level with consistent quota attainment
- Proven track record in managing the new business process from lead generation to opportunity creation, onboarding, and ongoing customer success.
- Ability to travel within the continental United States
