To achieve that it needs to embark on the Digital Transformation journey and need a credible System Integrator who can help improve not just the Customer Experience at the eCommerce level but also improve Fulfillment operations. To make its vision a reality, Carter’s turned to Perfaware.


To transform the company, Perfaware in collaboration with Carter’s created a multi-year roadmap starting with enabling Omni-channel capabilities of Buy Online Pickup in Store, Deliver from Store. In parallel, the Perfaware team worked on improving the accuracy of Inventory promising across all the channels by implementing new capabilities like RFID, IBM Sterling Intelling Promising. The Perfaware team also worked on improving the efficacy of Browse-Cart-Conversion ratio and implemented enhancements on the eCommerce site powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud.


Today, the partnership with Perfaware is helping Carter’s achieve their vision of being the world’s favorite brand in young children’s apparel. Carter’s is recognized as the winner in the Best Online Shops in the Baby and Toys category. Carter’s has also reported over 30+ consecutive years of sales growth.
