Perfaware is looking to hire a Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead to join our Digital Commerce development team. The digital commerce team is central to the company’s business transformation efforts and critical to our clients’ eCommerce and Digital transformation success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions and review high-level business requirements.
- Delivering scalable technical architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds, middleware products, ERP, Billing and Invoicing systems.
- Proven ability to work with the Product Team, Platform Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate customer requirements into a working solution
- Understanding of integrations with third-party systems through a variety of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities (Soap, Rest, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc);
- Manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry-leading practices and code quality techniques
- Broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite and related cloud and/or on-premise ERP business applications)
- Support QA, UAT and Regression testing initiatives to meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify, learn and champion new technologies, innovative software development & delivery methodologies and new versions of best-of-breed industry products
- Mentor and train Senior Engineers and Consultants in SF Platform development
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science or Information Systems
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce B2B platform
- Experience with Salesforce development frameworks (LWC, Aura, Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, etc.)
- Experience with Declarative development (Screen Flows, Record Launched Flows, etc.)
- Experience with routine Salesforce administration (Object Model, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Experience working with SFDX project structures including creating and managing scratch orgs, pulling code, and managing code conflicts
- Experience writing and troubleshooting Apex test classes
- Demonstrated success with at least two Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation projects
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Up to 25% annually (all expenses paid) and after Covid restrictions are lifted
- Self-starter with motivation and diligence to drive toward results
- Enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies and techniques
